how much...?

I didn't see a for hire section, so I thought I'd post it here. I'm trying to get an estimate on how much it would cost for someone to make a windows/network based program to create numbered names and enter information in for each name. I need the names to be saved according to their numbers and information. I'll give more detail on this if anyone thinks they can take on the task. Thanks in advance. hmm just took a look ... ppl want us to be cheap IMO ... i only saw 20$ and oooh yeah once max bid:750$ (probably a nut-case)
