I'll say "yes", but you misspelled "Trekkie".

which one? tng, original, voyager, enterprise(::caugh, caugh, crap::), or ds9(::caugh caugh, um... caugh::)... Well, mine's definetly The Next Generation. My favorite movie being First Contact.
The only time I have ever watched Star Trek was when I used to want to watch the Simpsons really bad at 10pm. I would turn the tv on around 9:55, and the final minutes of Star Trek would be on. I figured it was worth bearing through the last five minutes of Star Trek in order to make sure that I didn't miss any Simpsons time.
But hey if you like Star Trek cool for you...
I liked TNG, but Voyager was pretty decent near the beginning. My favorite movie's VI.

Count me in! My fav is TNG, but Voyager was really good too (damn that seven-of-nine was hot! )

I never have or will ever watch star trek - im like TechWins in that I have occasionally sat thru the last 5 minutes - but that was when i used to watch Blind Date religously...
I always found it funny that in 1997 the year i graduated highschool there was a big deal made about Star Trek's last episode, it was being pulled from the air and I thought okay it's been a good run for it even though i never watched but i got the feeling that it was getting stale - well guess what they replaced it with - Star Trek: Voyager??????????
What the hell is that - they replaced star trek with a star trek clone and since then i see there has been a whole slew of star trek clones added to the schedule... it's almost like ice cream - what star trek flavor is your favorite - more ramulens, more cyborgs - take your pic - i want more humanoids with a strong side of clingons...
I never got the whole deal...

Star Trek (original) is good.
TNG is great!
DS9 is bleh.
Voyager is even greater!
Enterprise is..... is..... er, meh.
First Contact is the best movie without a doubt, incredible soundtrack! You don't need to have watched a single episode of Star Trek to appreciate this well-themed movie.
Which reminds me, get as many Star Trek soundtracks as you can... they're wonderful!
When I saw the original series, i.e. when it first came out, it was fantastic, (you had to see the competition to truly appreciate how good it was), I still have fond memories, but they sure have dated now.
Voyager was on two different Swedish channels, one I could see, the other I couldn't, so I've seen I think 4 complete series - these were okay, but missing out big chunks tends to mess up the continuity. I don't know where Kes went for example, or where 7 of 9 came from. Had a "politically correct" feel about it.
I've seen about 10 episodes of TNG and thought they were very good. Never seen DS9 or Enterprise.
Not seen all the films, but 1 was pretentious, 2 was pretty good, 5 was dubious, 6 was the best.

I liked the Voyager (I think) episode where they went back into an old episode, "The trouble with Tribbles'.
They had both the old style Kilingon (i'm just a bit hairier than you, don't you like my side-burns) and Warf (the new I have makeup all over my head style)

That was Deep Space Nine.Originally posted by novacain

Overall, TNG was my favorite. I was in 7th grade when the series
ended, so sad. But as far as finales go, Voyager's Series Finale
was the best, followed closely by Deep Space Nine's.
And movies, I can't remember any of the movies before Generations...
So I'll rank the ones I like (I was never really a fan of the old crew
anyway): Nemesis, First Contact, Generations, Insurrection.
Staying away from General.
Yup, I have the Nemisis soundtrack. But, from the original episode, trouble with tribbles was the best episode. Nothing better than seeing enterprisde and a star base filled with these little furry things that klingons hate completely.
I can just remember the first one when it ran originally, but a lot of it does seem dated now. For it's time it was pretty good.
TNG & DS9 were the best. DS9 had running plots, explored all kinds of issues. Voyager was just stupid. Haven't watched much Enterprise.
I watch every now and then, but am not particularly a fanatic like some people I know.
