    From http://www.usatoday.com/life/cyber/b...26-monitor.htm

"Refresh rate. The refresh rate refers to the number of times per second the screen is "redrawn," similar to the number of frames per second in motion picture film. Only CRT monitors refresh.

A 75-Hertz (Hz) refresh rate means the screen is redrawn 75 times a second. In selecting a CRT monitor, many of the leading makers recommend that you don't go below 75 Hz, or you may be able to detect a slight flicker if you have sensitive eyes. What's more, with prices as low as they are, there's no reason to settle for less."

75 hz isn't so bad, but it gets to be annoying after looking at it for awhile. 60 hz is just painful however.

I didn't mean as in look at my "location" status, I meant as in "How many times have I mentioned this with pride? so then why are you asking!"
