    Database On the NET

    For this years college seminar i have choosen my topic as "Database On The Internet". I am supposed to speak for minimum of 10 minutes about this topic... This topic deals with how DB is used on the net.. how it is accessed (ASP, PHP, Perl etc etc).. the advantages... Why is it done this way.. why, where what etc..

    So do you guys have any link where i can get information regarding this topic..

    It can be anything regarding any database on the web? I'd think google'd turn up plenty of answers without hardly any looking. I've found howstuffworks.com is invaluble for this sort of thing, but I don't knowif they'd have entries for what you're looking for.
