My laptop takes two mouse interfaces simultaneously (only one cursor), and I found out that some S3 cards come with a driver for a second mouse cursor.

If I knew enough assembly, I'd try to code a driver for a cursor wrapper.

I am running a Logitech Cordless Optical mouse on the PS2 port and a Logitech Cordless Optical Trackman on the USB. It works great and their frequencies don't interfere. But two of the same cordless mice on separate computers in the same room interfere with eachother while one is in use.
