!@#$% I think I disabled xserver and Im screwed now!

Gosh dangit! When I had to configure xserver for the new PCI card I put in for linux, I think I accidentally clicked "no" when it asked if I want it to start x server automatically when I restart. Now I restart linux and I just get a console. Does anyone know where the x server files are kept so I can have a look around perhaps try to fix it and maybe screw something else up? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Edit the /etc/inittab file and change the following:

    id:3:initdefault:

    to

    id:5:initdefault:

Also, if you want to start the X server from the conosole just type startx from the command line as your normal user and X will start.
