Holy crap I hope I'm not a bad programmer because I don't spend my entire life in front of the computer. I spend probably 2 hours a day programming, tops, if I have something to do or something new I want to learn.
Haha, I doubt anyone here spends the entire duration programming. If you sit down for 2 hours and program per day, you're doing about as much as me.
The other 4.2 hours are spent... slacking off.

During Summer Vacation (when I was in school), I would watch
    TV 16 hours per day...

I can't stand being in front of a computer for more than 2 hours.
    I get all cramped up...

    During school year:

4-5 hours on weekdays, give or take. Sometimes less if I got homework.

    12 hours on weekends

    During summer:

    16 hours a day

yeah, I guess you can say I'm a geek.

Whew, I'm not a minority, IM NOT A MINORITY, WOOHOO! Thanks Eibro! (realizes then that he is still a computer dork).

Eibro what position do you play? I played ice hockey for about 6 years, I was goalie and Martin Brodeur of NJ Devils was my favorite player.

Hehe, looks like I'm the only one voting <1 hour/day.

But when I was at the University, I sat for 4-6 hours/day.
