I am searching a text editor (such as MS Word) supports color font for text in any programming languages.
Is there any open source text editor out there I can download?

EditPlus does text highlighting in many formats... but it is not open source
Crimson editor has syntax highlighting but isnt open source.
Do people actually program open source for Windows?

Another editor with language highlighting is ConTEXT.

SciTE is open source and can highlight just about any programming language.
