    Cool

When I was an undergraduate I used Elementary Linear Algebra by H. Anton. Wiley Publishing Good Book I still have it. Another good LA book is by Kolmann. He and Rosen have a good Discrete Math text as well.

I used "Introduction to Linear Algebra" by Gilbert Strang (an MIT Professor, something that should definitely be reassuring) and I thought it was pretty good. It even has a chapter on linear algebra and computer graphics!

    And there's also this:

They are 34 video-taped lectures of Strang's classes... those along with the book would probably be the best possible way for you to learn Linear Algebra on your own without registering for a class at a college.

    Good luck.

Linear Algebra and its Applications, Second Edition, Dr. David Lay. Just finished a course in linear algebra using this book (taught by the author). I attended less than half the lectures and still got an A because of this book. I would definitely recommend it. It also has a chapter on computer graphics.
