    Well, this says
Thanksgiving Day in America is a time to offer thanks, of family gatherings and holiday meals. A time of turkeys, stuffing, and pumpkin pie. A time for Indian corn, holiday parades and giant balloons
So, in other words, its a time to eat lots and be merry for whatever reason. Am I wrong?

I'm thankful for everything I have; that includes everything about my life: my friends, family, financial situation, food, shelter, etc.

I'm also thankful for that turkey I'm going to be eating tomorrow!

    >but you may want to spell it: Tetrahydrocannabinol - unless your short term memory is fused<

I am thankful for my friends, family and health.

As long as I have that, and a million bucks in the bank, I should be fine.

Now I just have to get that million.

Did you know that most native Americans treat thanksgiving as an international day of mourning. After all, we did take most of their land and all they got out of the deal was maybe a turkey dinner.

I wonder where they'd stand legally if they tried to take it all back through some international court of human rights.
