I think they tried in the 70's to have a treaty upheld that (was made over a century ago) promising a large chunk of the US to the native americans; but the supreme court shot it down. After all, what's done is done, IMO. Besides, though their reservations are small, they are soverign territory and I hear good things of the alchohol consumption policies in many of those casinos they run.Originally posted by rahaydenuk
