    Problem backing up cd

    Hi,
i'm trying to make a backup of my midtown madness cd because my little brother likes to leave them lay out...and i want a backup in case the original gets scratched up or worse. I tried using adaptecs software, which couldn't do it, then i tried goldenhawk which should have been able to, but couldn't because it couldn't read sectors 810-836. Does anyone know of software that they have been able to burn this cd with? (same problem happens on my black and white game disc, so if it worked with that it will be the same) Or, does anyone know of software that should be able to get past this problem? Nero perhaps? thanks.

I use Nero to copy data cd's. I use the same drive for both reading and writing, so let's say my writer was drive "e:", then when nero asks, I specify "e:" as the source drive, then when it's about to write, it will ask you to insert a writable medium.

    CloneCD will do it.
