ACM Programming Contest

Anyone going to the ACM Programming contest? I think the one for the Pacific Northwest is early November. Just curious if anyone was interested in this. School's send teams of 3 I believe. I'll be attending the nortwest one.

So, tell us. How are you preparing yourself for the contest?

I like contest, but I'm always nervous about preparation.
Is it your first time? Provide a guide line. ohh.. do you know about any open programming contest?

Yeah it will be my first contest. As far as preparation goes, I just plan on working the prevoius questions that they provide on their website. You don't really have to be an awesome coder you just need to have above average problem solving skills. I'm not really that nervous, I'm just going to have fun. I will learn something even if our team loses so I'm not worried about it. I'm not sure about any open programming contests though. Here is some information.
