4 and 20 Pie?

Can one of the aussie's on the board tell me what a 4 and 20 pie is? I saw a reference to this in a book I was reading, (Bill Bryson Down Under).

Probably from the nursery rhyme line "4 & 20 blackbirds, baked in a pie..."
Can't remember what rhyme it's from, though.
Bryson's done a couple other good books as well.

I thought you were refering to math. Where you are calculating something in radians. 4 * 20Pi. Is that what it is or is it really the meat pies?

Well if it is this, for the conversion: (4*20Pi) * (180/Pi) = 14,400.
14,400/360 = 40deg.

Yes, it was an edible pie I/Bill Bryson was refering too. "I had my first, (and last), 4 and 20 pie" was the line I read in the book, I was curious - it was not something I'd come across when I've been in Aus.

Or maybe it's called 420 because after you smoke pot you get the munchies and need to eat lots of these to satisfy the hunger. (Not that I do drugs or anything. Seriously
