how many of us use programing for art? there's so many neat things you can do with the gfx address eh? pixel pushing can be so rewarding... i seriously recommend that all of you persue this if you wish...
i was reading a project listing at ypr [n] and, frankly, i found it super boring... i mean, no offense, but i just don't find programming windows [20]95 or, even a video game immediately and remarkably rewarding... plus, i mean, really, the user can't usually appreciate anything except what s/he sees... i mean, they don't go "wow, look at the algorithm s/he used!!!"... well, some of us might... but point being... uh, what was my point?
ahem... i suppose you would disregard the previous paragraph... but programming can easily be an artists tool just as an instrument or a paint brush could be...
i recommend we all share... the more we share, the more we have...
