Post count dropped!

I just looked at my post count. I was at 550 today and now its 499. Webmaster could you please rectify this.

I noticed that no-ones, -KEN-'s and da's has dropped too. What's going on here?

I'm not sure...but I think I dropped too....

I think one of our over-zelous mods went on a cleaning spree or seomthing...

Could some little sneak have found a way to log on as us and delete posts?

There were logon problems a while ago, but these were sorted when we moved servers - or so I thought.

I WAS at 560-someting, I think. what the hell. that's not cool.

That's what I was thinking. That guy "yob" was ranting about me today, and I tore it up him. It's been after that incident that the posts went down.

To be honest...I dont know.

I'm sure I passed the 450 amsr a while ago but after this I'll be on 445 or something.

And what if those posts are gone?

We could have lost hundreds of "Yeah, me too", "You chode!" and "What he said" posts.

Why care about your post count? And more importantly, why care if it is a hugely inflated number due to hours of posting 3 word messages back and forth?

In the low 100s and proud of it.

Yeah, but there's a lot of posts that were actually really interesting and good, and they're gone... (Terrorism and 4 word per post story are gone...)

I got dumped too, dammit... I only lost like 25 posts or something tho. I thought I just didn't remember how many I had from the day before, but I see that's not correct either!

I'd bet the admin went through and deleted posts that were old (like set a date on the board and every thread on or before that date got the axe). That's how I did on my old boards.
