It's just a phrase... it's the same as saying "I own you"... or "I'm better than you/more skilled/etc/etc"... the list goes on and on. It's just trash talk.

If you want to use a phrase, make up one. Like I came up with "How many years did it take you to get your masters degree in stupidity?"
