    Why are these running? Why are they taking alot of memory?

    looks like you have the Apache server running there, and some java interpreter or something similar to the JRE, but thats only what my guess as to what Java.exe is...

    wowexec is Windows on Windows. It's the program that runs old 16bit programs.
