Staying away from General.
Tons of spam......yes... I mean tons (But you get that anywhere these days). It's alright, not a bad service, but I never really cared for it because the software seems to me like it's more of a series of web pages within a browser than an actual application. But I never really had any problems with it when I had my free year from DELL.
