Well there's been a lot of debate recently over whether or not Bin Laden is still alive or if he's dead. What do you think, and why?

I think he's dead. If he were alive, I believe we would've seen another video of him by now. He loves those cameras

I would have to agree. Those terrorists love to run their mouths. Hopefully he's in hell where he belongs.

I think he is alive. I think it will be very hard to find him alive, he would kill himself the moment someone found him, he probably has bombs attatched to himself with a button, and BOOOOOOM!

He wont be found alive, just like Hitler.

I dont know, but i do know that if he was dead or captured the government wouldnt tell us. Think of it from a cost-reward standpoint. What does the Military/Intelligence Comunity gain from telling us that they killed/captured Usama... nothing, maybe a little good PR. But if they dont tell us, then they can continue to ask congress for all the money they need, and second if they told the world he was dead/captured the possible retaliation could make Sept. 11 look like a parade

    howdy,
i think he is alive, this guy is no fool. he hasn't finished his devilish deeds yet and he knows that with a price of $25,000,000.00 on his head even his friends cant be trusted.
no he is in a deep deep hole shivering in a corner like the coward he has allway been.

i completly agree. the government doesn't tell us anything. hell, bin laden could be running around in the country and the government knows. i mean, think about it, if he was, and they told us, there would be riots and un-official search parties with guns. crazy people would shoot any arab that they think would be binladen. there would be an extreme racism towards arabs in the US. it's just too risky to tell the public anything anymore.

He is alive and probably still in Northern Pakistan.

He was wounded at Tora Bora during operation Anaconda, where the Aust SAS saved the US marines after their helo was downed. As the rescue helo came, the real ambush started. Classic Mujahidin tactics, learnt from the CIA, to fight the Russians.

Has said he will not make another video until he has retalited with another attack on the US.

    >>if he was dead or captured the government wouldnt tell us.

What, miss out on all that prestiege, popularity and more importantly VOTES. I don't think so.
(but I know most of you are too young to vote and half of the rest of you US citizens don't bother)

Something like 98% (in Australia). We get fined (about US$25) for not voting.

We also have a different system. The preferential system. After all the votes are counted, if your first choice can't win, then they look at your second choice (and so on).

Some balot papers for our senate are printed on A2 paper! You have to number each of the 80 odd boxes or take the easy way out and pick one. (the party you choose distributes your preferences then)

We still get greedy, self obsessed, media created poiticians that should not be allowed out in public let alone run the country.

So same as yours, but we are all equally to blame!
