quick html question

on my website i have a main frame in the middle, it has a scrollbar on the bototm even tho i dont want it to. but i do want the scrollbar on the right so i can use the attribute to the frame that say scrollbar=no or wutever. but can i somehow eliminite the bottom scrollber without making the frame wider or removing the ad. (on my previous account i removed the ads illegalytn and my accoutn got deleted) so wut should i do.

you can't do that without removing the vertical one too. I suggest you try to make you page the same width as the frame. instead of i.e. width=640, use width=100% and so on. Then the items will adapt to the frame-size.
