    Ive benn using Windows ever since win 3.2 and I was like 7...
    Ive never even used anything else.

    Windows for me, I love Windows but hate some of Microsoft's business pratices, at also some of the things they do with windows and your privacy at times.

    I've used a lot. BUt i'll stick with my windows for the most part. Actually i like dos a lot too. I think it's really fun. BUt then again my first computer was a dos machine about 13 years ago (:

    I'm not going to vote because i haven't used all of them, so i feel its unfair to pick windows just because i use it.

    For normal PC use, like mail, spreadsheet, wordprocessing, internet etc. I prefer Windows. For more technical stuff I prefer OS'es which are not listed. Like VxWorks, OS9 and QNX.

    Indeed. For it's purpose, DOS is one of my favorite OS's to date. It's simple, fast, and does what it's supposed to do.

    QNX is awesome. That's definitely one OS I'd love to see overthrow MS's monopoly.

    QNX? Is that some sort of Unix / Linux O/S? If so, wot is it good for, is it free, and where can i get from?

    QNX is a real-time platform, an RTOS, it is free to download for non-commercial use and very easy to install. It installs just into your Windows file system.
