Tool Lateralis (ninth track on Lateralus). Then it would have to be Tools Parabol-Parabola (also Lateralus). Then everything else Tool. Union Underground is also good. Deftones (esp. Passenger).

Smells Like Teen Spirit anyone?
Saria's Song.:p
Smells Like Teen Spirit is probably Nirvana's best song (in my opinion).
What's This Life For by Creed off the first album My Own Prison.
Nothing Else Matter's by Metallica although "One" is a pretty damn good song too.
everytime i get an all-time fav. song...i end up hating it eventually...so, it's like saying "i've seen it all, now"...and then something bizarre happens...anyway, ONE of my favorite songs...would be judas priest - night comes down. put it on repeat...the vol. makes no difference...and then combine meadow meditation, with fountain med. and mountain mediation...(and then...maybe i should tell you the other one...ah, too much bother right now...space med.) in that order. it will blow your mind.
btw, space meditation was created by myself...don't believe what you've heard. i would go into it but it's a pain in the arse to explain...when i'm not in the mood. if you have heard of a space meditation...then it's not the one i'm talking about. if you wondered...i got my education in the twilight zone.
I like Judas Priest too!
As well as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Kiss, Pink Floyd, Alice Cooper, AC/DC just to name a few of the artist who have been around since my dad was a kid. (who also listens to the above)
exxxxcellent. i prefer those bands myself. i just can't take anything corny. basically...i mean, i can stand manilow...it's stuff like country that rips my nerves to shreds.
cant name just one, sorry.
God Lives Underwater - From Your Mouth
PPK - Resurrection
Dirty Vegas - Days Go By(remixed by i dont know)
Masada - All Systems Are Go
Dark UFO - Particle Accelerator
BT - Dreaming
Nine Inch Nails - Ruiner
Tool - Sober
All are subject to change except Sober. That one never leaves my number 1 list.
Well... It changes... currently is..
The Promise - Bruce Springsteen.
:D
My faves at the moment are Toxicity and Chop Suwey!.
A lot of good songs have been listed, such as Lateralis, One, Smells Like Teen Spirit, and a few others. A lot of good bands have been mentioned, as well.
I like a lot of different bands and songs, so this is a really tough question for me.
I'm not sure if this is actually my favorite song or not, because I don't think I have one song that stands out from the rest of them (there are many songs that are equally fantastic). Well, the song would be Metallica - Fade to Black.
Lately, though, I've been listening to Green Day, Linkin Park, and Goldfinger a lot. Here are the CDs that I've bought in the past month.
Unwritten Law - Elva - not what I expected...but Seein' Red is still cool
MXPX - Teenage Politics - this pretty much sucked for the price
Deftones - White Pony - good CD but I have to be in the mood to lsiten to Deftones and for that matter the type of music that is like Deftones (e.g. Tool, Disturbed). At least in my opinion the music is somewhat similar.
Green Day - Dookie - listened to the music a lot before I got the CD via .mp3s and have listend to the music a lot after I've bought the CD and like the music even more so now
Hoobastank - can't remember the name of the CD - like Dookie I listened to the songs a lot before I got the CD but I still like the CD
Wow Tech you like posting flippin essays on topics dont ya?
:D
Any way, I bought the last 2 DBZ movies just for the songs it had on it.:p
I don't think I could narrow it down to one.
Incubus - Make Yourself
Hoobastank - Too Little too Late
Linkin Park - In the End
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon / Money
Man there's a lot more, I just don't feel like typing them all.
At the moment, my favorites are:
Eric Clapton/Derek and the Dominoes-Bellbottom Blues
Jeff Beck Group-Shapes of Things and Morning Dew
Allman Brothers-Stormy Monday
George Harrison-If Not for You
Marvin Gaye-Mercy Me
A tip for guys: Have bellbottom blues playing on a date sometimes...for some reason it really affects girls:) I guess it must be the whole sad theme: "If I could choose a place to die, it would be in your arms" etc. Little Wing by Hendrix works really well too.
George Harrison is good. Actually I saw Paul Mccartney in concert a couple of weeks ago out in cleveland. (:
