    >>>Not to mention the fact that it's just not polite speach in a board like this where you're conversing with total strangers.

And that is a good point. Be polite...

People seem to curse a lot of times because it makes them feel empowered beyond what they are, because it is cool, because it can bring a point home, and/or because they are just plain used to doing it.

Certainly it isn't necessary though. You can make pretty much the same point by saying, "You are a retarded idiot" as "You are a &&&&ing idiot."

few people and have 5 minutes of fame.

    Especially an idiot like you.

    >>How come people who complain about free speech rarely have anything worth while to say?

    How true it is....

I think you all are a bunch of pathetic looser that have little control over your own lives and are trying to make yourselves feel better by "stopping the profanity." I think you should all grow up and except that there are men out there whos balls have actually dropped, unlike yourselves, that are not afraid to excersize their freedom of speech. Sure we could use other words in place of our "bad words" if we wanted too.

Betazep is an example of the balless looser i am talking about. Don't worry, some day your mommy will give you your balls

I am much more creative than that, if and when i do something of this nature it wont be something just talked about for a few weeks or even a month tops. It would be something so horrifying and orginal my fame will live much much longer, I'd surpase Hitler, Alexander the Great, Caesor, all of them.

free speech cannot be stopped over the internet. you can cuss until you're blue in the fingers. so what if people at one tiny (no offense) island in the internet ocean are asked not to use shunned words. it doesn't even matter if a whole lot of the ocean has similar swear-forbidding islands.

my kernel of wisdom: so (and btw, i disagree with my previous post. hanson, vanilla ice, and sesame street all rock!)ing what.

Someone please make sense out of that. Sounds like the defensive of a mentally deficient human being. What's wrong? Drool all over your shirt?

    >>Now where is the fun it that?

I, for one, would find great fun in it.

I know how you could easily "kill" a few billion people.

Blow up the place where they store China's birth certificate records. That's an easy and non-violent way to "kill" lots of people.

For that reason I would ask everyone to refrain from using profanity or any inappropriate language. This would include the S P A C E I T O U T method and the *I*M**N*O*T**C*U*R*S*I*N*G* method, and links to pornographic web sites within posts.

Also it is my personal belief that if you really need to use profanity to express your opinion is it really a well thought out opinion anyway?
