removing email spam
I have been getting a lot of email spam lately...and it is making me mad...so now every time i get one, i go to the unsubscribe thing to make sure i am unsubscribed from it.
some of them graciously unsubscribe...thats good...
there are some however, where i get a Mail Delivery Subsystem message back from my ISP saying that the email address to which I sent my unsubscribe message, which was the same email address where the spam told me to email a message to unsubscribe, did not exist....
can they be sued for that? can they be sued for making it impossible to unsubscribe?

Don't know if they can be sued for that but I wouldn't wast time or money on that one
Just use block sender. Or like the advice I got on this board (haven't done this actualy) spam them to death

The reason that you could not reply is that these spam addresses are made up each time they do a mailshot.....
Also, if I were you I would never unsubcribe.......often these mails are sent out randomly....as soon as you reply to unsubcribe, they know you exist....they may stop sending you mails from the original address, but as they now know you are reading these spam mails, you are added to an active list and you will get hundreds more....
Just delete them
