I heard this one on the radio this morning too... they (M$) are openly admitting that they do this... I'm not the only one that's ........ed apparently... they can even track whether you are using pirated music and whatnot... what a croc...

Indeed, I also do not particularly enjoy multiple exclaimation marks, although they are acceptable, I believe a single exclaimation mark is sufficiant for any comment.

i think you're overreacting. anything congress or the president does can be declared unconstitutional by the supreme court. the bill of rights forbids search without a warrant. it's not easy to get a warrant.

this is also prohibited by the bill of rights. citizens can't be detained without rights. the detainees at camp x-ray aren't citizens. i don't agree with the lack of POW status, though. citizens can get legal representation, for free if necessary. they cannot be tried under a military tribunal because they are citizens. period.

i can't argue with austria's new laws because i don't know how your government works.
