    Lightbulb David's CProgramming Theorem

After seeing all the nice wonderful discussions we have all gotten into (DX vs. OpenGL, the difference between 1/3 and 3.333_, Religion, politics, Windows vs. Linux, etc.), I am developing this theory:

All threads contained on the Cprogramming message boards that are over 50 threads long will eventually, if they have not already, turn into a discussion about religion or politics.

It has definitely happened in about all the major discussions we have had so far...

    Thats my theory.

    > DX vs. OpenGL

    Was this pre-UltraBoard?

You could also throw in why Windows is better than Linux, and people will jump all over it.

    > i think its the longest thread in the history of the board...

Yeah, only by like 70 posts...

    What difference?

Well there's nothing else to talk about on a general discussion board. Besides, a good flamewar never hurt anyone.

Hey, doubleanti - what he heck does that mean, anywho (since everyone with strange sigs has been interrogated)

    > What difference

Go to the UB side of the board to the General board and look up (I think) Math Discussion...

    Cool :)

Ive topped all of you! Hehe I went on a DB forum and started a HUGE war saying "DB Sux". It got something like 250 posts, dominating the board for weeks.
