Well... I'm getting used to BoClean, drumsticks.
It doesn't call itself an anti-virus. And I'm glad it doesn't. It's an anti-malware and that's precisely what we are trying to defend ourselves from, these days. Viruses are... ermm... dead.
It's also an heck of a rootkit killer.
