does anyone know if there is an adapter or converter to go from a AGP graphics card into a PCI slot??? i've been looking around but havent had any luck, and figured i'd ask the peanut gallery before i gave in and went to some computer store....(so im lazy :))

why do you need to convert? you still wouldn't get your performance.
It would be rather hard to make a converter too, AGP accesses RAM differently than PCI does.

To my knowledge this wouldn't be possible.

anythings possible, but it would be VERY difficult to make a converter. It wouldn't be worth the trouble in my opinion.

i only ask because i got a ati radeon 9000 graphics card and the only slots i have on my board are PCI and the card is AGP ... but if its not possible i guess i'll just have to hold onto it
