about the only place now is the book store, the company that had it online tanked, try the OpenGL Programming Guide and The Refrence Manual

You can get it off of www.amazon.com for a pretty hefty price (i'm not sure if this is how much it usually sells for)

I searched "OpenGL Super Bible" and it was the first on the list.. due to the configuration of amazon I can't give you a direct link :(
