Well, see, there's usually a reason why someone typed in all caps. People don't just go around randomly capitalizing.
Yes, usually that person has a reason - often because of an anxiety unshared by the rest of the board.

Exactly my point. When I saw that post for UML I thought there was a new word floating around, "Uml". Things just don't have the same impact without caps. But oh well, I really don't care...just thought it was funny is all.
