    >>1.)When I lived in Florida, everything was a coke, now it's all a pop.<<

If you're saying people in florida call things pop it's a good thing it's probably north florida! Even then, all those hicks up there probably wouldn't be caught dead saying the word "pop", so I dunno . But you're right. Here we don't have different kinds of sodas, we have different kinds of cokes

I thought you Americans were all stuck to driving at 50 mph or slower? Over in the Uk, the limit on a moterway (freeway) is 70 mph...... but most people clip along at 80 or 90 odd..... its very rare to be booked for speading doing 80 in a motorway.

I'm also pleased to say that untill a few months ago i owned the speed reccord for Redruth to Newuqauy. 20 miles in 10 mins through country lanes! Now thats fast!

I am not sure about this but I think there's a place in the west (USA), a rural road I think it is, that there is no speed limit. So that should tell you a lot about American Driving. Likewise, there's a state ( I think) where you don't need a permit to own a gun, as long as you have it shown (meaning people can see you have one), anyways I saw this on tv I think it's near Arizona or something I don't know. Please anybody from the Middle or West of the USA clarify me on this.

Well the speed limit in most highways here in Florida is 55 and most of the time I see my friend doing 75-80. Most everyone goes over the speed limit here in Florida, about 70 on average, but if you see a cop near you, your as* better slow down.

No...we dont have a place like that...in fact...i heard the same thing about somewhere in Germany....so...its a myth....

if there is no speed limit posted on an American road, then the speed limit is officially 30 MPH.

I think it depends on the state?

This one is about the guns, that you can own one without a permit Vermont's Gun owner law

More on a new bill that would make it legal for people from Vermont to carry guns without permit in other states, here

Montana had no day time speed limit but it was changed in 1999. So technically it used to be such a place in the US at least up until 1999. New driving laws
