Hey, here is an idea... try convincing one American that they should conduct a top-secret plot to start a war by killing thousands of Americans and destroying two of the countries greatest national landmarks that would inevitably ruin the nation's economy let alone convincing as many as would have been required to actually pull it off. Go ahead... put as much money in their pockets as you want. It simply can't be done. Maybe you should let that thought bobble around in your head for a few minutes before your next post.

> Well, how would your "eye wittness reports" know that it was a plane that hit the pentagon?
Uh, because a plane has a pretty distinct shape and it passed over a freeway at rush hour? That's a lot different than someone thinking it's specifically not an American plane.
> And even if that was the case, they should still release it.
They have released footage. Morons like you still said it wasn't good enough or it was a cruise missle. You're not going to be happy until there's an HD DVD released of the plane crashing into the Pentagon, are you.
> I had already thought of that, but if look closely, they don't acour for every floor, just every 2nd - 4th, and they are in perfect order.
What's "perfect order"? How are you a demolitions expert all of a sudden?
> And they knew what they where doing to (and pretty good at) so making the system invisible wouldn't be a problem.
We live in a country where people can't keep secrets. This would be the absolute biggest conspiracy ever, with no real motive. It's ridiculous.
> (I have therios, but I couldn't say for sure.)
Is that like Cheerios? Or are you maybe referring to Chicago Cubs player Ryan Theriot? He seems pretty good but he's still pretty young. Better than Matt Murton, at least. It's nice that you have "therios" that you're not sure of, it prevents you from having to actually think and take a position on anything.
Nominating this for sentence of the year.Oh, and stop swearing, you're words are practicly stubleing and falling out of your mouth onto the keyboard.

He didn't need the towers to do that. He could have just said "hey, Saddam's a big jerkoff and it's past time that he should be out of the way" and he would have gotten support. If he purposely blew up the towers with internal explosions (that his also fired missles into), he not only went way further than he needed to, he picked a stupid way to do it.
Queatrix, which of the planes were missiles? Just the Pentagon, or all 4? Or a mix? If it's just the Pentagon, why did they fly planes into the WTC? If it was all 4, why did they fire a missile into an abandoned field in Pennsylvania?

Woah, easy. I never said that I agreed with the concept. Just saying that's the usual conspiracy argument that I hear for the motive.Originally Posted by SlyMaelstrom

No doubt, you could be correct, and this might also be a "joke".
I just pictured him as a comedian.... wow.....
Yeah, but the order is a little mixed up.
Sept 11th --------> Afghanistan.
So I can't say that even makes sense.
He's welcome to use it.
You raised an interesting point. US Government security is almost becoming a joke with leaks to the press and everything else.
How could both Republicans and Democrats agree to keep something like this a secret? If the Democrats could prove that Bush was behind it all, they would be doing it. Some people even believe he can meddle with hurricanes.
I hope Queatrix reads this post of yours.

I never really thought about that, actually. If what Queatrix is saying is true, then the wiring started under Clinton and then when Bush was elected they were like "bathroom's over here on the left, the sandwich guy comes by at noon, and oh yeah we're wiring the WTC to blow it up. Should be done in a year or so. This is Bob, he's in charge"

And another nice point for you (and a little lesson on humor)... you know why the joke in the original post is funny? It's because all of the intelligent people who don't like Bush think of him as a kind-hearted idiot who really doesn't know what he's doing or what's going on. They don't think of him as an evil dictator who is bent on oil money and is willing to sacrifice human lives to get it. It's absolutely insane to think that he or anyone else would possibly plan something like this.
...and the person who says "Uhhh... I thought it was funny because Brazilian sounds like a number" is going to be wearing the dunce hat in the corner for the rest of the school day.

Nah, I don't think he's a kind hearted idiot. I think much worse of him than that, but I really think it takes a special kind of retard to think he actually blew up the WTC.
Our feelings on Bush aren't really what this thread is about, though. I think it's kind of funny that MacGyver and I are agreeing on all this stuff but our political leanings are damn near completely opposite.

ROFL!
You're absolutely right. The wiring would most likely have started during Clinton's second term and continued through to Bush's term. I had been only thinking of the 9/11 Commission Report and how someone else pointed out that the report was from Congress, hence Republicans and Democrats have agreed on this issue to some extent.
If you would assume the Bush adminstration was behind it, that only leaves 8 months to wire the WTC towers and plan the entire operation.... (Hmm, one month for each side of the Pentagon. )
So Queatrix.... how long did it take the US government to plant all those explosives?
BUSH DIDN't DO IT, IT WAS XENU!! (and TOM CRUISE did teh PENTAHOUSE)
seriously, que, just become a scientologist, it would help us see where you're coming from better...
The is one important point about a Bush-based conspiracy: Bush isn't smart enough to plan, execute, and keep it a secret.
