I was about to type "Lisp". Then I realised, it's not confusing, just different. To be honest I can't think of anything language that looks confusing, although I guess some do if you don't take a little time to read about them and try to use them (like brain.......... and derivatives, forth - the list goes on, literally, somewhere on wikipedia).
EDIT: Does that make sense to anyone? I'm reading it over and over and I'm convinced I'm drunk or something.
Good class architecture is not like a Swiss Army Knife; it should be more like a well balanced throwing knife.

I've always had trouble switching in and out Python, but it's not because it's confusing, but rather because it does many things differently.

I've only programmed in HTML and C (if my previous tool that has a semi-unique language is allowed, C-script). I've seen Nyquist (or whatever The GIMP uses). HTML is very easy to use and learn, easier than even C-script. C is a little confusing, mostly because I'm still fairly new to it and there's a lot more to it than C-script offers. Nyquist is confusing solely due to all those nested parentheses and you can easily lose track. I'd rather write a moderately complex plug-in in C than a simple one in Nyquist (but then again, I don't really know it).
7. It is easier to write an incorrect program than understand a correct one.
40. There are two ways to write error-free programs; only the third one works.*
I'm all for Intercal. Specifically, Threaded Intercal.

C++. With Objective C as a close runner up.
There are 10 types of people in this world, those who cringed when reading the beginning of this sentence and those who salivated to how superior they are for understanding something as simple as binary.
I'm gonna have to say Haskell. That language is wicked.
