    Isn't it just something to worry about, since the year 2000 has already passed, the world's natural oil supply hasn't been used up, etc, etc? Those Astrologers--I mean, Astronomers --need something to keep them busy.

    On the other hand, it's a strong assumption that being crushed by an asteroid is something that no one really wants to experience. ... I hope. So if paranoia keeps Earth around I'm all for it.
