    Books for intermediates

Hi, I have been programming in C for a while now and I know the basics. However I am stuck. I learned from a good tutorial book and programmed for a few years on and off. This other advanced book that I have "C Unleashed" has a lot of difficult (for me at least) concepts that I at this point do not understand very clearly or know any instances where I can apply them. Can anybody recommend a book for an intermediate.....or is the only solution to becoming more advanced just practicing.

I want to use this summer to become "advanced" with C.

It depends on what you mean by intermediate but the tutorials on this site along with the c++ primer taught me pretty much everything I know

Have you checked out the C Book Recommendations sticky thread on the C Programming Board to see if there's any texts recommended there that you might find useful?

Well of course.....I tend to squeeze all my programming in between boxing and sex.

As for the C Book Recommendations thread, yeah i checked it out previously, all of the books were either references or beginner tutorials.
