Take it on over to dictionary.com and use its translator:

I'm a little tea pot short and stout. Here is my handle here is my spout.

Ich bin ein klein = I'm a little

teapot = already english, german word would be Teekessel

kurz und stämmig, = short and stout

ist hier mein Griff, = is here my handle ( sentence should read "here is my handle/hier ist mein Griff" )

ist hier mein = is here my ( s.a. )

spout = already english, german word would be Tülle.

So a good translation from the mixture of german and english above would be the sentence provided by DavidP:
I'm a little tea pot short and stout, here is my handle here is my spout.

When in doubt, read the FAQ.
    Then ask a smart question.
