    Degrees of seperation

    ...is a stupid little game I thought of using this tool: http://tools.wikimedia.de/sixdeg/

    The goal is to end up with the highest degrees of seperation. The only two rules are that you may only go up by 1 degree each time, and you cannot post twice in a row.

    I'll start with 0 degrees
    C++ to C++

    To clarify you can go from anything to anything, have fun

    C to C++

    By the way, according to this, Angelina Jolie has 4 degrees of seperation to her father Jon Voigt. Go figure.

    It would help if you spelled his name right. Angelina Jolie : Jon Voight :: 1 degree

    [edit]
    warmongering : peanut butter :: 4 degrees
    fractals : warmongering :: 6 degrees

    Man, I love/hate internet time wasters.

    Well, it couldn't find a path from "anther" (a part of a flower) to "opengl". I guess I was just asking for it, though.

    Good call, Decrypt. Though, I have frequently seen it spelled as Jon Voigt.

    Anyway, based on your answers, it appears you don't quite get the rules of this game... and even though noone has yet to do the 2 degrees after my one degree, two people have still posted. There for, I can answer.

    Jenna Jameson to Briana Banks

    Oh and here is Anther to Open GL
    Code:
    Anther

    11th edition of the Encyclopędia Britannica
    1910
    2001
    Arthur C. Clarke
    Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing
    Open GL

    Me too. I had to check a few different places to find the right spelling.

    Which is why I love/hate internet time wasters. I just go nuts for awhile, with no regard for rules, time limits, prior (and clearly more important) responsibilities...

    I am such a nerd.

    Decrypt : Mad Cow :: 6

    [edit]and before anyone else gets to it,
    Decrypt : pathetic :: 6
    pathetic : Decrypt :: 6
    finally, and most revealing,
    Decrypt : excellent :: no route after 10 degrees found.
    I think that means I win. lose. whatever. [/edit]

    If you dance barefoot on the broken glass of undefined behaviour, you've got to expect the occasional cut.
    If at first you don't succeed, try writing your phone number on the exam paper.
