in all the red alert / c & c games i almost always
built my base up and put protection all around it to
fight off the enemy as they attacked, then with enough
money in place i built a large force, and simply let my base all in one swift action to destroy the enemy and its base with
out having to return with reenforcements.
I rarely lost a battle with that technique, i always played
with fast time on so it that might have an affect with
total outcome, im sure in slower modes that may of been
more difficult to accomplish.
Ahh.. old memory from RA2 and Yuri's Revange...Originally Posted by ILoveVectors

Westwood were good, why did EA had to buy them, i hate EA they got so little support as Jeremy said "E sucks one of my balls and A the other"
EA's acquisition of Westwood absolutely destroyed the series, in my opinion. Generals was horrible.
Oh come on, you know what I mean.Originally Posted by mrafcho001

Aw, sweet memories?
I don't play games anymore since my computer is out of date. I played half life and most of its mods such as CS. I absolutely adore DoD and NS. My computer wasn't good enough to play AA. Half-life won best game ever at gamespy.com. I only wish I could play HL2. Battlefield 1942 is pretty cool, but I haven't played BF2.
My computer is awesome.
My computer's waaaaay outta date, these are the only games it can handle:
Half Life 1 / opposing force / blue shift
Freedom fighters
Operation flashpoint
Max Payne 1
Quake 2
Some golden oldies in there. Soon I'm getting a new computer =D\-< to handle the more demanding games.

350? I used to collect 166 and 233's all the time, 350's fine for a lot of stuff (you can run starcraft on it easily).
Saying that I played Starcraft last night - well broodwar - and I must say I enjoyed it. Not any good at it, but it was good fun. Protoss rock. Zerg just don't - especially Zerglings: like 5 of my Zealot squads were ass-raped by an ambush of burrowed Zerglings and those other Zerg dudes that burrow and shoot spines through the floor (I forget what they're called).

Since i bught it i only played it like 2-3x
i can't beat a computer without cheats, maybe thats a little pathetic but i dont got all day to play against a single computer, its a very time consuming game
