does anyone here use it or know it?

I learned PASCAL a year or so ago and i heard that DELPHI was PASCAL but OO... is it any good? I found PASCAL to be a rather ugly language.

this is an excellent language for windows programming. I prefer c++ so I dont use it as often as i should but it is easier to learn than c++ (windows programming).

I do all of my home database stuff with Delphi, it is how databases should be driven, (COM also). At work, I show prototypes I've knocked up in a few hours with Delphi, and then accept contracts for months of work in C++ based on what the clients have seen...
