Having endured months of wretched "Royal Wedding" coverage, debate, "profiles" and heavens knows what else they could drag into the studio to give a "different slant" on Prince Frederik and Mary's wedding here last year, can I be the first to offer my condolances to the people of the UK who presumably are about to endure much of the same following the announcement of the marriage between Charles and Camilla.

Oh, I hear you. While this episode is comming to an end, there are already commercials for BB6 and (!) The Big Brother Village in Germany. What's next ? BigBrother - the continent, with funny tectonic games in between ?it's the other idiots in the ultimate "big brother" house who are up for a mass eviction within the next few months.
Anyway, have fun, I don't care for any royals, but I would have like to see the Queen's face when that news first came up.

Well if you had ensured that all of the execs at US TV stations were republicans/military personnel, you wouldn't have this problem.
Plus, they wouldn't be wasting their money on "Joey".
I had a look at the Danish Embassy's UK website once, saw a banner with what I assume were royal peeps and "Meet the kids!" next to them. Scary.

I'm watcching The Prime Minister's questions now...man I wish the US President had to do something like this once a week...Most of them would be fried - well Bush II would, Clinton Bush I and Reagan probably would've survived...Maybe that way we'd get someone with a brain.
Actually (IMHO) George W. has always been strong when put under pressure and an immediate response to questions is warranted. It's when he should keep his mouth shut when he says something stupid.
Every time i watch Prime Minister's questions i come away thinking its a complete and utter waste of time, because its televised they refuse to give an inch, there is no "well yes that's a good point..." its all defensive bickering.I'm watcching The Prime Minister's questions now...man I wish the US President had to do something like this once a week

Just because they are acting defensively, it doesn’t mean that they are not getting a pummelling from the experience. It's a good way for an MP to bring up a matter publicly and be sure that everyone knows about it.
PMQs are sometimes good, sometimes bad. Generally the leader of the Conservatives (Michael Howard) does his bit by challenging the PM on various (Sometimes bizarrely unrelated) issues for about 10-15 mins, during which Tony tends to say what he always says, that it was worse under the Conservatives. Some of the backbenchers start shouting and jeering, Speaker of the Commons Mick Martin shouts them down.
The behaviour sometimes grates with me. Kids in schools behave like these 20-70 year olds. I wish the chamber had bouncers.

I have absolutely no desire to watch the wedding, in fact i welcome the day when they are publicly removed/executed, their wealth is distributed equally amongst the poplace and the homeless of london are moved into buck house.
