well I"m sorry for the crappieness but when I was taught I didn't learn the best of techniques.

Edit: i started my site with minimal knowledge of html. bravenet.com only allows certain file types on free websites so I embed a crappy mid file as music.

I've already begun to learn css. Which isn't to hard to understand thanks for suggesting it. I got the mid music from bravenet because I don't pay for it which means I can only upload certain file types.

Just to make it clear: Any embedded music is bad. It is one of the quickest ways to turn people off of your site.

Yes. There are a few websites out there with 37 different colors on the page which are used in glaring ways. Then there's text which is 300 pixels high, and when I open this page this big loud booming sound effect gets played.

I reflexively close the page instantly.
