Technically I believe Gitmo is US soil, since AFAIK it's a US base.

According to the US Supreme court, on 28 July 2004, US law does not apply and can not be used by detainies.
Interestingly the two Aussies still there HAD to vote in our last election even though they did not know who was running.

i agree, cason does seem 'desperate to create problems' obviosuly no one wants to see these decorations.Cuban Parliament Speaker Ricardo Alarcon called the sign “rubbish” on Wednesday, and told reporters that Cason seems “desperate to create problems.”
