anyone who associates themselves with ICP scores negative in my book - even though I've never heard of the guy, good for him!

bah, gotta support the local band. they've had music on several move soundtracks, although the music used is not some of their best work. been around since ~93. gonna miss them. they put on some hella-good shows, especially halloween concerts.

    Who?
    who?
Local band. One of my fav. Their music is generally what I listen to when programming/working on the computer. Couldn't stand just straight techno.

    >>just straight techno.<<

are you trying to say that mushroomhead is a form of techno? if you are, you are on crack - thats the only explanation.

They have done rock-techno songs before. I know they're not techno, but they do have upbeat songs. Most all programmers I know (all my age) listen to mostly techno when they work on projects and such.

I've never heard Mushroomhead (not that I know of anyway) but ICP is just unlistenable.

Gotta listen to Metallica while coding... No other way.
Although you could slide by with The Who, Thantos.
The word rap as it applies to music is the result of a peculiar phonological rule which has stripped the word of its initial voiceless velar stop.

I listen to MC Chris while coding, nothing beats that. His song "Fett's Vette" is especially good
