Create the layout you want, then save it as a Design Template (*.pot), I suppose. Refer to the help file.

yes I did that but when I want to use it nothing will apear in my new page !
Then I'd say you're doing something wrong. Check the help. I've done it in the past, but don't have Powerpoint XP on this computer, so I can't check it for you.
