    McGreevey: Suit Justified?

As per the news this morning, two Princeton lawyers have filed suit in regards to Mcgreevey's announcement of resignation. They claim that since Mcgreevey has announced to resign November 15th, that he has given up his right to office and by staying in office he is denying NJ the right to choose a governer.

I kind of agree with the lawyers. I say if you know you will resign, and you announce such, you should be removed from office and a new governer appointed.

    What do you think?

if he's not doing anything I would tend to think that they're better off. Most of the politicians would help us best by taking a long vacation.

Well from my point of view, if you already announced you plan to resign, why should we waste our time waiting for a date he chooses is acceptable.
