Please enlarge the post reply text box

Could we please somehow enlarge the text box control that we use to reply to posts. It is far too small for current programming needs. There are several identifiers in the current APIs that are just too long for this small text box, not to mention the line gets split up anyways.

Overall I appreciate the code/posting features of this board but we really need to re-vamp the entire interface....it's just too small and quirky.

Attached is an image of the text box as seen in 1024x768x32.

Perhaps changing it might mess with other people's browser's, but it is very difficult for me to use as is.

Why can't we just reply using telepathy? I'd like that much better. All this typing hurts the ends of my fingers.

As far as I know, Jelsoft lets you make whatever changes to their code you want as long as you leave the copyright notice at the bottom.

    This should be feasible.

Fordy, if you find the WYSIWYG editor slow, you can set it to be a plain text box via your user CP (under Options, I believe).

the whole of the VB3 interface sucks IMO, the feautres added since VB2 are great but the interface is as ugly as hell, (the worst part is the icons i think)
    I loathe pointers

I dont find it slow; I find it a bit small.

Ambiguous use of adjective on my part! According to Dictionary.com, "pokey" (or "poky") can mean:

    1. Dawdling; slow: waited for the poky sales clerk to ring up the sale.
    2. Frumpish; shabby: found poky old clothes at the thrift store.
    3. Small and cramped: a poky but inexpensive apartment.

You assumed the first; I meant the last

Still, the quick reply in this version is very useful.

I'd hate to think what some of the responses would be...
