    You can check your most recent reputation additions and the total points under User CP. If the person giving you reputation is considerate then they'll include a comment about why they gave you the rating and who they are. But don't expect many to include their names in the comment.
    My best code is written with the delete key.

    You can't see the actual value of another's rep but you can see what "group" they are in by the number of boxes and their color and the text that goes along with it.

    Also, how many points are added or removed at a time?
    That is based off of their reputation power which is based off of their reputation, number of posts, how long they have been a member, and some admin tweaked variables.
