It does! Some of those screenshots look straight from Lord of the Rings! The one looks like Balrog (or however you spell it), then another one looks like the battle with those wolf rider orc guys in the Two Towers movie, the forest looks like the Ents. It's kinda crazy.

we all have our own opinions. I myself am a big Doom fan so I am looking forward to it a lot.

Also I never really played Half Life, so I havent really kept up with Half Life 2 videos and stuff and so far dont even plan on getting it. But I have seen a couple videos which my friend showed me, and it does look cool.

yeah me too...the first game i've ever played in my life was the doom shareware version. still the best game i've ever played.
by the time doom III is out i'll have T1...i can't wait to host a server. I just really hope the game turns out well. hopefully alot of people buy the game.

It does look very good (if that's what you are trying to say). Can you believe it uses the same engine as Wind Waker?

How am i supposed to know if it is v1.1 in an ebay listing?
anything i should look for (i.e. Box colorations/markings)?

I know basic c++ and php. You must think im incredibly stupid. Well .......... you then! I took the c++ test and got a 70%.

i guessed on most. I got a 30% the first time. cod is only a buck plus shipping so no big deal. unless you put et up again. I miss schatz.

ET has been up for a while if you havn't noticed. dude, i gave my serverconfig to my friends and now i'm running a ws instant respawn empire! but no website. f'ing romanians. You might find schatz on one of those servers.

well if cod is only a dollar then if its v1.1 get it. i can host 16 clients all with pings <200 ms. its amazing. find that in ET. I only wonder what Doom III's online capabilities will be like...
