    Thumbs up Great

I think I like it even though it has a few bugs to work out. There are definately many new features and it seems just as navigatable as the old board. Hopefully it will attract more programmers.

    i'm not rick barclay.

new interface is sweet. I'm experiencing the same bug. The board won't let me register as mix0mat, and it says that i'm already registered as rick barclay. It even let me get to his profile...

mix0matt (you can call me rick)

    Possible Solution

Use a different email address. Don't use the same address that you registered with on the old board.

I wish my board looked and worked as good as this
    one. Oh well. Maybe someday.

Rick, lotsa people seem to have been having that problem. It's just an accident. No-one was logged in as Salem for a little bit, too. Iain was Stoned_Coder. Probably the most annoying bug uncovered so far, but I have noticed the Webmaster doing a good job of fixing other things relatively quickly.

    Spelling Error

Apparantly 7 people think this board is 'inceadable' er something. What is that supposed to mean? Check poll.

I personally gave this a top score (love it vote) even though there are a few bugs to be worked out. This is way better than the old board even though the color scheme on the old board was quite nice. This color scheme isn't too bad either though. I would say that this new board gives the 'registered' user a lot more control over his posts as well as what he sees on his screen in general. It will take some time just to use all the features and get used to some of them. Should be fun.

Lightbulb to: master of this thing we call 'web'...

i was wondering about that... but we might abuse it... maybe it should be regulated well enough where it wouldn't be a hassle. i guess i'm for it... can that be done webmaster? as ourselves if a quantitative polling addition necessarily more useful to understand general opinion then a qualitative...

well, it's strange that I brought this poll back from the shadows, but what was the other board like?

    Just curious
